Currently both my kids amik Multivitamin ni...alhamdulillah npk la kecergasan dorang tu..baik anak teruna ku, baik anak dara ku...both of them teramat la aktif...tp mak nya je tk kurus2 menjaga dorang..hehee..tambah lemak lg ada...i likeeeeeeeee...slalu klu anak2 terlebih aktif, yg menjaganya for sure letih kan..i'm not...heheheee...
Knapa aku pilih vitamin ni?sbbnya sblm ni dh byk brand vitamin aku beli tp sumenya lebih kepada gula2 la rasanya...even kt bottle tulis mcm2 ingredientnya tp still sikit...kesannya pon tak npk sgt..then aku tkr kepada appeton ni...dosage dia pon 1 tab per day tau...utk 1-8yrs old...tk mcm vitamin lain 1-3 tab per day...boleh membawa kpd "diarrhea" klu mkn berlebihan..
